Directions:

Use morning and night after the Liquid Moisturiser and Essence as your step-3 moisturiser (or just after Liquid Moisturiser depending on skin type). Dispense a small amount on your hands. Gently massage onto face and neck using upwards strokes. Intended for daily use.
