Directions:

Take one capsule in the morning when spending extended periods outdoors in the daylight. Heliocare Oral Supplements aren't a replacement for the use of topical sun protection. Use in combination with the application of your favourite Heliocare® 360° Cream or Gel. Don't exceed stated recommended daily consumption. Food supplements shouldn't be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. During periods of prolonged sun exposure, such as on holiday, take a second capsule around 4-6 hours later for continued protection.
